I could not be more pleased with my recent order. I ordered four pairs Flow white Double Tailored Pleats for Dining and Great room windows. Great room drapes measure floor to ceiling flanking windows beautifully. We hung drapes right out of the box - No need for steaming or pressing. Truly, high end custom look, Stunning! My experience has been wonderful. The website is easy to follow and instructions for how to measure are very good. The support staff is very helpful. I asked that a piece of the snap tape be sent with my swatches as I already had an existing curtain rod and wanted to absolutely make sure it all worked. The samples arrived right away. It took about 3 weeks for the custom drapes to arrive. The quality of the work is amazing. They are perfect. I highly recommend Loft Curtains.
