Shipping and returns


Shipping

For current lead time please check here. Tracking numbers will be emailed when the order is shipped out.

Please note that we can deliver fabric swatches to PO boxes (PO box addresses cannot be expedited). But we can not deliver curtain/track order shipments to PO boxes. 

Please double check that the shipping address is correct. If you did not choose signature required, please make sure the shipping address is a safe place for the curtains to be dropped off in case no one is available upon delivery. Once a package is marked delivered on the tracking number link, it is out of our hand to locate the package. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive the package on the day of the delivery.

U.S.

Free Shipping for all orders within the continental U.S.  $69 - $299 for Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated based on the order total during check out. 

International

Return

We take pride in our quality and tailoring. All curtains are custom made and we begin production after 12 hours upon order is submitted. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded after 12 hours. If you are unsure or have questions about anything, please email us at support@loftcurtains.com or text/call us at (323) 552-9992 every day of the week from 9 am - 6 pm Pacific Time before placing the order. If the order is damaged during transit or not made to the specs you ordered, please email us at support@loftcurtains.com within 7 days upon delivery. We will do everything we can to make it right for you.

If you simply feel you selected the wrong product or material, we can offer you a discount on your next order. The discount amount will be 20% of either your previous order or the next order, whichever is less. (offer valid for 30 days)

If you would like to cancel an order before 12 hours, unfortunately as of April 2021 Shopify changed their policy and we will have to charge a 3% credit card processing fee since that fee will not be returned to us in any refund.
